so, how was your trip to australia?
intense...
i could go into more detail, i could for instance tell you about how i missed the plane and arrived a week later than originally planned, and i could make it witty and amusing and you'd laugh until little tears would squeeze out of your eyes and your belly would ache... oh the good times, how we could sit about and laugh about that for years to come...
but i won't.. or better put, i can't, my brain is currently lolling about on the floor, like an upturned beetle waving it's little legs feebly... i can run faster than i can think at the moment.. crossing 17,000 kms in 24 hours will do that to you...
so i'll leave you with some photos instead... a bit of an odd collection to be sure, i'm not sure if it's the camera, but i just can't seem to do the tourist happy snaps back in my home town...
we'll talk later, when brain and body are located in the same postcode...

Good to see you back.
Gorgeous!! Australia is one of the top countries on my list!
Less coffee, quicker jet lag recovery! Supposedly. Haven't actually tried it myself.
missing a flight! nightmare!
chris: thanks xx
michi: wouldn't know about the coffee thing, don't drink the stuff! But perhaps I should lay off the riojas :)
ellie: I know. It will go down in the family folklore as my biggest blonde moment ever!! (ie the blonde who couldn't tell the difference between 11am and 11pm... ouch!)
Good to see you back :) Hope I manage to do the same (come back, not miss flights) some time soon.
pg: where are you??
Busy navel gazing and drooping - I've got your winter blues :(. But not to worry, I will emerge :).
Wow! Those photos are very impressive!
pg: sorry to hear that you're feeling a bit down... don't navel gaze too much :) i thought from your previous comment, when you said "come back, not miss flights" that you were physically away somewhere... take care xx
mother theresa: thanks!
